Shipping Policy – NAMI COLLECTIVE CLOTHING CREW

All orders are processed within 7-14 days and shipped based on selected shipping rate (Standard 3-5 business days) unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that NAMI COLLECTIVE CLOTHING CREW is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
