Return Policy

We take great care in creating custom embroidered and heat-pressed items to your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom embroidered, heat-pressed, and personalized orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please ensure all customization details (including name, font style, spelling, thread colour, and placements) are correct before placing your order and/or as soon as you received your order.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Any custom embroidered items
- Any custom heat-pressed or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@namiandco.ca with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. We’re happy to help in the rare case of production errors.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at billing@namiandco.ca.
