Once you're happy with the plan, we'll confirm your booking and coordinate the final details. On the day, we arrive and set up, then bring the live embroidery experience to your event.

About Us.
We’re two graduate students with a shared interest in science and healthcare, and a deep connection to Ottawa, where we both grew up. Fifteen Threads is our way of bringing live embroidery to the community we call home. Outside of our studies, we enjoy walks and hikes, a good movie, and creating personalized gifts for family and friends.
Fifteen Threads began as a hobby about two years ago, creating custom portraits and embroidered pet photos. As demand grew, we moved from a small machine to a 15-needle industrial embroidery machine, giving us more capacity and helping us work more efficiently. Today, we bring live embroidery to brand activations, business collaborations, corporate events, and private celebrations across Ottawa and the surrounding area.

What is live embroidery?
It’s stitched personalization of products made live at your event. Guests choose from the pieces and designs planned for your event, then watch their personal detail take shape within minutes!
What can we personalise?
Caps, totes and apparel are starting points. We’ll confirm suitable fabrics, design options and placements together. Your brand logo can be embroidered to the pieces in advance before your live embroidery, please contact us to learn more!
Can you work with our logo or artwork?
Share your brand logo when you enquire. We’ll review its suitability for embroidery and discuss any digitizing, sampling or preparation needed before confirming your event.
How does event pricing work?
Your proposal depends on the location, event duration, guest count, pieces and design complexity. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll shape a quote around it.
Where do you offer the experience?
We’re building our live embroidery experience in Ottawa, Ontario. Include your venue or city in your enquiry so we can confirm travel, logistics and availability.
