Shipping
We are pleased to offer free pickup within Ottawa, Canada.
At this time, our shipping services are available exclusively within Canada. Please allow 2–5 days for order processing. As our products are made-to-order, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.
Return Policy
We take great care in creating custom embroidered and heat-pressed items to your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom embroidered and heat-pressed orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please ensure all customization details (including spelling, size, and colours) are correct before placing your order.
